Orthokit Specialist
Location: Budapest
Full time permanent contract

Role Overview

The Orthokit Specialist is fully responsible for the DePuySynthes (Ortho, Trauma, Spine, CMF) loan kit operation, including the outsourced processes/procedures related to Synthes loan kits.

Key responsibilities
· Full DePuy Loankit (Ortho, Spine, Mitek) Customer Service and logistic operation
· Booking the modules, handling possible complaints
· Daily contact with the customers and sales force regarding the loan kits
· Supervising the Synthes Loan kit (Trauma, Spine, CMF, PT) operation
· Daily contact with the decontamination department, ordering deliveries
· Customer Service administration regarding loan set operation
· Synthes recall, complaints related return handling
· Cooperation with Quality assurance department
· Ordering deliveries
· Necessary administration in JDE/SAP and other related systems

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Our Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience on Customer Service related position

• Full knowledge of customer service and logistics processes and procedures

• Mid-level IT knowledge (MS Office package)

• Mid-level of English, native level of Hungarian

• Proactive attitude with can do approach

• Ability to work under pressure
