Global Market Access works in collaboration with Global Pricing, Global Marketing, Research & Development, and our Janssen operating companies around the globe to enable patient access to our healthcare innovations.

You will be responsible for multiple activities in support of Market Access for Immunology. Core activities of the position entail:

·  Partnering with Access project leads to develop data analytical approaches to answering health economic and outcomes related questions.
·  Statistical and data analysis of internal clinical data sets as well as external observational data sets.
·  Working with Access project leads in development of manuscripts and abstracts.
·  Conducting literature and web searches to answer targeted research questions related to access and reimbursement.
·  Management of external consultants working on Access and Health Economics Projects.

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  Master's degree or higher in appropriate field (Epidemiology, Health Economics, Statistics, Biostatistics, or Public Health) is required.
·  At least of 1-2 years of relevant industry or academic experience in Health Service Research is required.
·  Demonstrated success in the statistical analysis of randomized controlled clinical data and / or demonstrated success in the analysis of observational medical or outcomes data sets is required.
·  Ability to manipulate and analyze data sets using standard software tools such as SAS, Stata, Hadoop, R, XL, etc. is required.
·  Strong analytical, and problem -solving skills are required.
·  An understanding of drug development and commercialization process is preferred.
·  Experience or knowledge of in Immunology – related disease areas is preferred.
·  Publications from analyses conducted on medical data sets required.
·  Understanding of drug reimbursement, drug pricing, insurance formularies, or healthcare systems is preferred.
