The Early Intervention Associate Sales Consultant (EI ASC) reports to the Early Intervention Sales Manager (EISM) or Early Intervention Territory Leader (TL) and is responsible for working at the direction of the Early Intervention Sales Consultant (SC) to ensure the achievement of the annual sales forecast and other related targets in their geographic territory. Overall responsibilities include servicing existing customers, managing company assets, sales logistics and execution of national, regional, and local initiatives. Position requires extensive travel within territory with the possibility of weekend work and/or limited overnight travel. Majority of time will be spent in Physician office and/or hospital setting and includes coordination of logistics related to clinic billing, reimbursement, replenishment, and implementation of services.

Desired profile

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. A minimum of 1 year previous sales experience or previous work experience where leadership skills and ability to work independently required. 2 years+ of previous healthcare sales experience is preferred. A successful and consistent track record of delivering results is required. Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving and business acumen skills required. A qualified candidate will be efficient, organized, self-motivated, positive and pro-active. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license issued in the United States and must have a clean driving record. The ability to travel related to this role is required. Candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to the posted territory.
