Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, is recruiting for a Behavior Science Research Analyst. This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ.

Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions is a center of excellence for the Pharmaceutical, MD&D and Consumer sectors, focused on healthcare consumer engagement and behavior modification, leveraging behavioral science, healthcare analytics, and a common digital/IT platform.

Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions serves as an enterprise-wide group responsible for harnessing a J&J portfolio of capabilities to deliver innovative J&J enterprise solutions for J&J products in order to deliver improved health outcomes.

This position will report to the Manager of Behavior Science and will closely partner with the Behavior Science team to provide evidence review and synthesis, data management, and informatics support, that will inform and shape the digital behavior change interventions developed within Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions. Ideal candidates will have a passion for evidence generation, knowledge management, and accurate documentation of levels of evidence across various therapeutics areas and health technology applications.

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Lead strategic scientific reviews to guide and support behavior science process which include but are not limited to intervention development and assessment.
· Lead effort to re-organize the structure of the ontology and actively maintain it. This function will ensure that the ontology is updated to the specification of all the behavior science care modules, and is also set up to allow for machine readable functionality.
· Support the learning loop between insights (data) generation and adaptive behavior science updates. This role will also create and define a process for managing data and insights generated by different research functions associated with behavior science interventions.
· Support additional tasks of the behavioral science team. These include but are not limited to: writing up scientific/white papers, support preparations for conference presentations, supporting formative research executions, etc.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required
·  A Master's degree is preferred. A focus in psychology or another public health-related field or equivalent focus in biomedical informatics, computer science, or human computer interaction as applied to health behavior is preferred
·  A minimum of 2 years of overall work experience is preferred
·  Active listening skills, strong business acumen, and strong organizational skills are required
·  Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills are required
·  Experience in applied healthcare, applied psychology, and/or applied social science fields is preferred
·  An understanding of and ability to apply research and program evaluation methodology is preferred
·  Professional scholarly activity (e.g. conference presentations, peer-reviewed publications, etc.) is preferred
·  Ability to travel up to 20% is required
