Job Description:

Job Title (India Specific): Assistant Manager – Customer Training

Division: Surgical Vision

Sector: Medical Devices
Job Location: Gurgaon

Reports To: Area Manager – Customer Training

Job Summary: Responsible for Customer Training.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Customer Training and its initiatives Like Phacoshaala for the region.
· Ensure comfort level with JJSV products – IOL and Phaco machines
· Value added development through scientific educational events
· Drive Revenues in this segment through above initiatives across all product ranges (achieve sales budget for this Segment)
· Responsible to achieve the Assigned Areas objective which includes Training targets.
· Ensure Customer Delight and increased wallet share.
· Make JJSV brands the preferred choice through the above initiatives.
· Generate and track leads from this initiative
· Create in house training plan/s as per customer requirement and implement it post proper approvals
· Build and maintain excellent long term relationships with Trainee customers.
· Support the team in creating Wet Lab for regular customer training programs and re familiarization as necessary. Ensure smooth and regular functioning of the wet-lab. Same for Mobile wet lab/ customer wet labs as implemented.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualification:

·  A Bachelor's degree in Science / Commerce / Engineering (Electronics / Electrical/Instrumentation) or Optometry. MBA will be an added advantage

Experience:
A minimum work experience of 3 -4 years of work experience.
