Assistant Brand Manager – Neutrogena® Aveeno® and Clean & Clear®

Be vital to this role:
Reporting directly to the Neutrogena® Brand Manager, you will lead the brand administration within our priority portfolio, and support execution of the marketing plan. Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include:
· Advertising and packaging design execution
· Annual brand planning support
· Cross functional NPD project execution
· Market share, consumer insight, and competitor analysis
· Advertising and promotion spend tracking / reconciliation

Desired profile

Be valued for who you are:
·  You will have a business relevant degree, and 2 years FMCG experience gained working in Tier 1 FMCG or Blue Chip companies (marketing or category management)
·  You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships
·  Analytical skills to translate facts and figures into growth opportunities
·  You will also bring a positive can do attitude, and be a team player
·  Previous experience in skin care/beauty categories would be highly regarded
