General description of the position:

Sales position at Junior level dedicated to generation of demand, direct Clients (Surgery) for direct clients in Barranquilla.

Responsibilities:

·  Identify field commercial needs, opportunities, weaknesses, strengths and propose initiatives in order to improve and optimize sales in the assigned zone.
·  Establish strong relationships with clients.
·  Have knowledge in negotiation for capital equipment, contracts, built benefits cost analysis for customers, qualitative analysis of significant companies, etc.
·  Check out on the customer's satisfaction and service level, provide support to customers, follow up on their status, communicate continuously with them, find out and verify their needs.
·  Be responsible for the sustained growth of the specialty under their charge, taking into account the market opportunities and tools available in marketing, professional education and others.
·  Maintenance and growth of accounts in its territory.
·  Preparation of the business plan in its assigned territory.
·  Be the one who introduces new products to the accounts of its territory. Detect growth opportunities via education or via Market share.
·  Penetration of Portfolio in the market.
·  Protect the portfolio in key accounts
·  Generate clinical demand in their territory through a prioritized segmentation in their medical specialities. .

Desired profile

Qualifications

Qualifications:

·  Minimum 1 or 2 years of commercial experience in sales of products in the surgical medical sector.
·  Professional title required: Fields of Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related areas
·  Other studies: MBA desirable but not required
·  Required language: 100% English
·  Management of computer tools: Microsoft Excel-Word-Power Point
