Description

What's the role about?
In this role you will complete and update all relevant Legal and Compliance requirements, Driver and Vehicle records in accordance with the ‘Undertakings and Declarations’ within the John Lewis Partnership Operators Licence and the DVSA Earned Recognition Scheme. You will provide a resolution for all transport and fleet related queries that come through the Customer Delivery Hub. You will adhere to all Health and Safety and Operational Procedures and conduct yourself according to the Partnership’s Principles and Values. You will take ownership of your department’s operational success and your own personal development.

What you'll have

·  Excellent PC Skills including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
·  Very good organisation and planning skills with a good working knowledge of Transport Legislation.
·  Experience working in a Transport office or clerical role.
What else could you bring?

·  Transport or Logistics Apprenticeship
·  Knowledge of Telematics systems & Routeplanner
