Duties & Responsibilities

Job Requirements
You will have a desire to connect creatively with your customers, delivering extraordinary customer service by collaborating with your customers to create a design for their way of life. You'll be comfortable working across a range of projects at one time, and be able to confidently prioritise and manage your own time. You love to work flexibly both in a Shop and out with customers in their homes. Your passion and skill for design and interiors will contribute to your department's success and you will enjoy delivering unique, personalised designs for customers, no matter the size or budget of their project.
You'll know that we have high standards, therefore we have to complete various pre-employment checks on successful candidates. Please be patient with us whilst we carry out the checks that include a 3-year reference check, Basic Disclosure, and DVLA check.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications
Design-related qualification equivalent to degree level
Full UK Driving License.
A deep understanding and passion of the interior design industry
Computer literate, ability to use IT systems to communicate with customers, process orders and complete customer tracking. For example Excel, Word and email packages
Required desirable experience skills and qualifications
Member of a professional body, such as the Association of Interior Design
Previous experience using design and creative packages such as CAD, 3D room styler
Experience of measuring, estimating and fittings for window treatments
Previous experience in interior design roles.
