What’s the role about?
The farm shop assistant delivers excellent standards of customer service at all times, processing orders efficiently and accurately to partnership standards. The role involves managing displays and stock levels as well as ensuring hygiene and food handling standards are completed to a high standard. The role is shop floor based and primarily customer focused delivering an excellent experience at every opportunity, the role will include delivering and collecting items locally
You are expected to represent the Waitrose brand as well as our amazing customer service reputation.

What you’ll be doing as a Farm Shop Assistant
- Stock presentation, replenishment and rotation
- Product knowledge, a desire to learn and exceed customer expectations
- Compliance with procedures and standards using all available resources
- Maintaining and cleaning to a high standard
- Complete tasks in multiple areas to support team flexibility, delivering productivity and service standards.
