Duties & Responsibilities

The Commercial Data Governance team work to improve the roles and productivity of Commercial Partners and Suppliers, through ensuring we have data we can trust. The team enables Waitrose to operate in an efficient and legally compliant way.

In this role you will be required to:

- Action sourcing and entry of Global Product Classification (GPC) data information for each product
- Manage end to end project of data sourcing for all products
- Coordinate end to end line administration across all product information
- Effective and accurate product management resulting in smooth in-branch execution
- Coordinate data sourcing across all suppliers and work with Suppliers to ensure product data passes quality control tests
- Coordinate data sourcing across all internal teams

Job Requirements

- To ensure error-free data entry to agreed SLA for all products through sourcing all Global Product Classification information and coordinating supplier sessions for data entry, including tracking and review.
- The role would suit someone who has an acute attention to detail and an awareness of Commercial and Retail.

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

Commercial awareness is desired.
