Pay rates are negotiable dependent on relevant skills and experience. Each April, we review our pay ranges taking into account market movement. Therefore the pay range for this role may change from the 1st April 2021. For any Partners starting prior to the 15th February 2021 you will have your pay reviewed as part of this annual pay review. Your People Manager will discuss this with you. For any Partners starting on or after the 15th February 2021 your starting pay rate offer will be inclusive of this review.
What's the role about?
You will be a self-motivated individual who openly demonstrates a drive for delivering a great customer experience. A strong communicator with excellent organisational and IT skills who demonstrates a flexible and positive approach to tasks and uses skills and knowledge to support and train others. At times, there will be a requirement to work in other areas of the hotel, both front of house and behind the scenes, as requested by hotel management.
What you'll be doing:
You will be involved in resolving guest queries/complaints at the first point of contact, offering advice and recommendations based on guest requirements.
● Occasionally administering the hotel booking system efficiently, liaising with other areas of the hotel for issues such as mobility and allergies
.● Establishing and maintaining effective and positive relationships both within the administration team, across the wider hotel departments and all areas of the business.
● Contributing to the management of all hotel social media accounts, to include Facebook and Google.
● Effectively use resources to minimise waste, protecting the environment and reducing costs.
● Supporting the implementation of changes to ensure continuous innovations and improvements are made Within the department.
● Ordering of stock items required for all areas of the hotel.
● Processing both catering and maintenance administration
What you'll have:
You'll be proficient in IT systems and able to use standard software.
Have excellent administration skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

As Administrator you will work as part of our friendly hotel team delivering a first rate guest experience through the focus on administrative support to the hotel and the delivery of market leading customer service.
