Title: Software Analyst, Incentives - 60251 

Your Responsibilities

As a Software Analyst, Incentives  for the John Deere Order Management Program Incentives team you will be responsible for collaborating with other engineers to drive application development and monitoring best practices into John Deere Order to Cash products. In addition, you will:

·  Configure and support usage of SAP and other technologies to facilitate Order Incentives opportunities to our customers
·  Collaborate and pair with Software Engineers to learn all technical aspects of the Incentives solution(s)
·  Analyze assignments and determine software specifications that must be fulfilled to achieve objectives
·  Execute necessary documentation, as directed or needed    
·  Collaborate with other relevant stakeholders and team members to ensure that features meet business needs
·  Follow industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation
·  Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.

What Skills You Need

·  4 or more years of experience configuring, testing, implementing and supporting SAP SD and Pricing functions 
·  2 or more years of proven analytical experience in debugging and interpreting technical solutions such as ABAP and/or JAVA technologies 
·  Proven experience in the design, development, testing and integration of high complex software solutions 
·  Capable of collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to provide information technology solutions 
·  Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints 
·  Knowledge and experience working in Agile environment

·  Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution 
·  Experience with software test automation (TDD and Unit Testing Frameworks: ABAP Unit, Junit, Mockito, Puppeteer) 
·  Proven design, implement, practice and monitor application development best practices to drive improvements in our CI/CD pipeline for the Order Product) 
·  Proven large implementation experience 

Education (or equivalent work experience)

·  Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering
