Title: Part Time Student - Information Technology - Moline, IL - 56484 

Your Responsibilities

·  Performs data administration or systems administration and related support.
·  Supports training staff in a variety of ways such as providing support materials, documenting, administrating processes, or being a resource on specialized training projects.
·  Performs administrative and clerical tasks required to support training department/unit/center.
·  Provides a variety of tactical tasks to support training activities such as support of a Web based learning system, Information Technology (IT), computer software or hardware, and coordinating training programs.
·  May assist in the development of training

What It Takes

·  Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions.
·  Administrative experience such as scheduling, planning, utilizing office equipment and other clerical activities
·  Skill in planning and organizing.
·  Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
·  Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy and style
·  Pursuing a four-year degree in Communications, IT; others may apply
·  Must be registered as a full-time student at a local university
·  Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
·  Graduation date of December 2020 or later 
·  Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
·  16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year
·  35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester

A strong candidate will also have

·  Presentation skills using a variety of media
·  Knowledge of training processes, systematic training approach, adult learning principles
