Title: Cash Management Analyst 

Primary Location: Mexico (MX)  - Nuevo León (MX-NLE)  - Garza Garcia 

Function: Accounting / Finance

Main Responsibilities:

·  Administers cash balances following corporate policy that includes participating in reconciling the cash position, determining the cash needs to meet financial commitments, securing funding.
·  Determines cash needs to provide enough resources to meet financial commitments and receive the best and minimum risk.
·  Prepares management reports. -Investigates and answers accounting and banking questions related to cash needs.
·  Ensure the timely and correct payment to the suppliers and customers.
·  Analyze open items and bank reconciliations.
·  Proactive solution to rejected payments.
·  Active role and participation in the monthly closing

 

What Skills You Need:

·  Understanding of the Accounting fundamentals, such as debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, etc. Performs more complex functions,understands principles, may teach others.
·  Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or equivalent. Understands the global nature, various divisions, and related accounting functions of the enterprise.
·  Ability to use various department specific computer programs. (SAP, Office) Performs more complex functions, understands principles, may teach others.
·  Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

 

What Makes You Stand Out:

·  Experience in clerical role.
·  Previous Accounting or Finance experience.
·  Finance experience such as banking, wholesale/retail credit, collections, analysis.

 

Education (or equivalent experience):

·  Degree in an Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent experience.
