Sales & Production Assistant Apprenticeship (Immediate Start)

We have an exciting opportunity for a hard working and enthusiastic Sales & Production Assistant to join our small team in a stimulating environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales & Production Assistant will learn on the job, the ins and outs of the branded fashion sales and production processes.

- Create paperwork (line sheets, pro-formas, invoices, credit notes, etc.).

- Get involved with production procedures from sampling of the new collection to production admin and liaising with factories.

- Critical paths control to meet the strict deadlines.

- Fulfillment, stock sorting, packing, booking couriers and keeping track of deliveries.

- Learn how to market the brand and gain strength on sales and customer service.

Desired profile

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written.

- Experience in administration or production.

- Good Computer skills especially Excel (Photoshop a plus).

- A real attention to detail.

- Willing to go beyond to meet deadlines.

- Extremely responsible, organised and detail orientated.

- A practical multi-tasker, who can focus on the detail whilst never losing sight of the bigger picture.

- A self-starter that enjoys being part of a team, but is also happy to work by themselves.

- Enthusiastic and enjoy your work.

SALARY & START DATE:

The position will initially be part-time and we would ask for a degree of flexibility, hence it would be ideal that the candidate is lives locally or within short commuting distance, although arrangements can be made for the right candidate.
