What this job involves  

Working as part of our Valuation & Consulting team, you will be carrying out valuations of all types of property as well as varied consulting assignments in the real estate sector.

In this job, you’ll analyze market data, comparable transactions and asset specific information including lease contracts.

You’ll learn to use the leading specialized commercial software packages as well as JLL’s in-house systems.

You’ll be responsible for reports and will visit buildings of all types across the country.

We’ll expect you to be enthusiastic and entrepreneurial, joining an experienced team with a strong emphasis on career progression and growth.

An ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information is essential.

A university degree in Finance, Economics or Law or another qualification related to Construction would be useful.

Valuation experience is essential, the job can be tailored around you level of seniority.

You’ll have fluent knowledge of French, Dutch and English. Fluent knowledge of English and one of the national languages will be considered.
