About the role:

·  Will be involved in various valuation projects, which include firm valuation, equity valuation, purchase price allocation, intangible asset identification and valuation (e.g. trademark, customer base, patent, technology, mining rights etc.), natural resource (e.g. coal, copper, iron, gold, nickel etc.)/biological assets (e.g. cow, hog, trees etc.) valuation, goodwill and other asset impairment valuation, employee share option valuation, preferred share valuation and other financial instrument valuation.

What this job involves:

·  Searching and analyzing data
·  building valuation models
·  Drafting valuation reports

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

·   New graduate, or 1-3 year working experience;  
·   Master degree majored in finance or accounting or related majors;  
·   CFA candidate preferred; oversea education background preferred;
