With over 50 subject matter experts across Australia, JLL’ s Energy and Sustainability Services team works with clients and colleagues across the property lifecycle, to achieve sustainability ambitions and unlock maximum value from their investments.

What this job involves

This role is vital as part of the management of one of the most significant office accommodation portfolios in Victoria, spanning over 1M square meters of owned and leased properties. You’ll look at sustainability from many facets including energy, emissions, water, waste and green leasing.

A snapshot of the role

·  Managing the connections and disconnections of all new utility accounts within the client property portfolio. 
·  Support the management of green lease scheduled implementation across the portfolio.
·  Collaborate and oversee accurate utility invoice payment approval and data capture within the JLL data management systems. 
·  The delivery of portfolio reporting including annual office environmental performance & quarterly environmental strategy reporting

You’ll have demonstrable experience in a similar role gained working in corporate sustainability, government or sustainability consulting. Critical to the success of this role will be your demonstrated ability to extract and analyse data into clear and logical reports with an attention to detail.

Ideally, you’ll have Tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering or related field but demonstrable experience within a similar role will be well regarded.
