Each business within the Digital Business Group is a wholly-owned, technology-based subsidiary with dedicated teams focused on envisioning, planning, and launching new solutions to address a wide range of compelling opportunities. Each is aligned to the Digital Business Group mission and corporate strategy but operates individually outside day-to-day JLL operations to ensure it maintains an agile, startup environment.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

·  The DBA er is responsible for analysis of business requirements, and the design, development and implementation of highly efficient, highly scalable data management and ETL procedures
·  Responsible for Data Integrity and transfer of all JLL Marketplace data
·  Design and develop data transformations and table structures to optimize data analysis for business needs
·  Develop automated build and deployment data transfer protocols through Fivetran into and out of Snowflake Data Warehouse with various other applications
·  Building data validation and testing process
·  Rapid prototyping and creating proof of concepts for business to evaluate the models before implementing at full scale
·  Understand complex business scenarios and communicate the user stories from data to variety of stakeholders
·  Manage data access rights and permissions

Requirements

·  Minimum of three years of database and ETL experience along with a minimum of three years working with variety of ETL tools (Fivetran preferred).
·  Strong experience with SQL & Databases.
·  Understanding of Database Architecture and ability to build and manage a solution to scale through a Cloud SQL database (Snowflake)
·  Experience and familiarity with Azure services
·  Strong problem-solving skills to take an ambiguous problem and develop a structured and logical framework for define the problem, analyze the data, and derive insights and actionable recommendations
·  Strong ability to manage ambiguity and guide the organization through it towards clear and decisive action plans
·  Ability to maintain documentation on ETL process and procedures.
·  Self-starter who can start and lead initiatives.
·  Python/Javascript/C# (.NET) knowledge is a plus
·  Strong interpersonal skills.
·  Strong written/verbal communications skills.
 

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
