Real Estate Appraiser Valuer

OVERVIEW

The Junior / Valuer is one of the company’s experts in providing property valuation functions for Research, Consulting and Valuation Advisory Services. What this job involves Data Gathering, Valuation and Analysis
On a regular basis you’ll be part of a trusted team that conducts gathering, processing and analysis of property information while ensuring that sourced information will be secured and updating the valuation database.
You’ll be one of the company’s experts in preparation and distribution of appraisal reports, property value commentaries, consulting and market research studies and valuation advisories. Remaining abreast with relevant market data
This role will entail active participation in the valuation, consulting and market research studies and related technical/financial proposal of projects of interest. You remain vigilant, walk-in and identify tenants and principal contacts in commercial, residential and retail developments that are being monitored by the company and strategize ways to gather basic lease/sale terms and conditions of tenants.
You are also expected to remain proactive in related and if-needed, out of town property site inspections as well as take part in lend large-scale projects for Research, Consulting & Valuation Advisory Services. Sound like you? To apply, you need to be:
Experienced valuations and real estate appraisal professional
Are you a licensed real estate appraiser and do you have at least 1 year of professional real estate appraisal experience? It will also be an advantage if you have relevant tertiary education such as Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics
Analytical and has technical appraisal and valuations skills
Are you adept in preparation of valuation models and is proficient in technical writing and is able to strongly utilize MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); forecasting and design softwares (EViews, Photoshop, Corel Draw)?
Resourceful and has a “can do” attitude
You’ll performing feasibility studies and researches for passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media.  Your multi-faceted research will lead to the successful development of real estate market intelligence reports. You will actively support the wider valuations team in conducting financial cash flow modelling. What you can expect from us
