Sitting within the Property & Asset Management business line of JLL, our Property Services Supervisor is responsible for providing comprehensive facilities management services for a commercial property in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

We manage both hard and soft services, service contract and budget management as well as Risk & Compliance Management support with on-going assistance with monitoring and management of operational risk programs.

The duties of this role include:

·  Maintain building presentation standards, including ensuring all items of plant and equipment in the assigned properties are maintained and operate correctly through close management of contractor services.
·  Prepare specifications and preventative maintenance schedules for a rolling twelve-month plan to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
·  Assist with preparation and management of a comprehensive capital expenditure budget for each assigned property in conjunction with all internal and external stakeholders.
·  Manage engineering and building maintenance contracts including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, security, building fabric and fire contracts.
·  Sustainability – have a thorough understanding of NABERS and Green Star rated buildings and be able to work with all stakeholders to meet sustainability objectives, including internal JLL sustainability teams.

You enjoy building client relationships & have a strong customer service focus. You’ll adopt a motivated and hands-on approach to problem solving, have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and can be relied upon to work autonomously.

You have extensive experience in property/facilities/project management related field and demonstrate knowledge of building technical services. Sound computer skills in Microsoft suite is also desired.

The ability to deal with a variety of complex issues within tight deadlines is key to this role!
