What this job involves

JLL is looking for a Property Marketing Coordinator to join a winning team of professionals in our Portland, OR office.  This position will be responsible for coordinating the property marketing initiatives and activities for our growing agency office leasing practice. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years successful marketing experience, be a creative thinker with a can-do attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. This is a client facing role and we are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and thrives on bringing new ideas to the table. Proof of strong project management skills will be required.

Essential Functions:

·  Oversee the development of property marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing director and business line leads
·  Manage the creative processes and execution of these strategies and activities, including brochure & website development, digital and print direct mail campaigns, social media & advertising strategies, open houses and associated external communication efforts
·  Create highly polished deliverables to present suggested property brands, appropriate messaging, spec deliverables and associated campaign timelines
·  Proactively manage the property marketing needs of properties based on leasing activity
·  Maintain online listing services/databases to insure properties receive accurate and timely exposure
·  Explore unique tools and techniques to showcase listings
·  Research and recommend creative ways to promote the listings and reach target audiences
·  Client facing- establish/maintain rapport with clients, attend client meetings as required
·  Collaborate/coordinate with marketing and research teams
·  Maintain JLL Property Website
·  Create and maintain internal communication and templated materials
·  Develop and send out the monthly property marketing newsletter

·  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent business experience preferred
·  Outstanding project management skills – ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with minimal direction, working within tight deadlines in a team environment
·  Ability to effectively prioritize projects
·  Excellent writing, editing, formatting and oral communication skills
·  Proven ability to use the Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office products and digital technologies
·  Must have strong working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Dreamweaver
·  Ability to work successfully in a service-oriented, matrixed environment
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Must be a strategic and creative thinker with an upbeat can-do attitude
·  Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
·  Passionate about quality, service, and client satisfaction.
