Job description



As the Property Administrator, you are the first representative of a busy downtown management office. Greeting visitors, answering phones, and light filing will be daily duties along with collecting insurance certificates, tracking work orders for completion, and entering payables coded to the operating budget.

This position also includes an element of social media as duties include assisting with the building's social media accounts including Instagram, Tenant Web Portal, Mobile App, and Events Calendar.

Working with distractions while prioritizing is vital within this busy office. Ability to type 60 wpm, know 10-key by touch, and have experience with MS Office applications including Powerpoint presentations are preferred.

Candidates to have basic math and accounting skills and ability to solve practical problems in a variety of situations. Ability to quickly understand instructions and write simple correspondence is a must.

This position is scheduled for 7:30am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri, but does require flexibility for occasional overtime.

TX real estate license not required, but encouraged for future promotions.
