What this opportunity involves:
We’re seeking a Payroll Analyst to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the JLL monthly payroll requirements, ensuring they are completed accurately and timely! This will suit someone who likes to be busy and challenged while in the office!

What this role involves:

·  Full function end-to-end payroll process for approximately 3000 employees
·  Ensure the payroll is processed correctly, on time and in line with internal policy and regulatory requirements
·  Responsible for manual payments, terminations, reconciliations, workers compensation returns and internal audit.
·  Managing ad-hoc payroll related queries
·  Customer Service – Timely and informative responses to email and phone queries

You’ll be an Excel guru and have sound knowledge of SAP, as well possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a professional and personal approach when dealing with numerous business groups.
