Position Description

JLL is seeking an Operations Coordinator located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The IFM Facilities Coordinator is a resource for Regional Facility Coordinators and Facility Management Teams to utilize in meeting business objectives and key performance indicators. This position requires interaction with the Account Leadership team, Client, Vendors, and Operational staff. The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple demands and priorities and be able to process and develop information to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and Maintaining Goals

·  Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL
·  Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
·  Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility
·  Serve as the initial point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, complements and feedback related to the services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and comfort of Client employees and guests
·  Ensure appropriate follow up with customers
·  Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption Properly and effectively administer and maintain all security systems
·  Support data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with the Clients’ goals and objectives
·  Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service

·  Works collaboratively within the account team in the delivery of the services across all business lines (FM, Engineering, Transactions, Projects, etc.)
·  Intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns and exceeding client expectations
·  Visibly engaged and well known in the workplace; spends a minimum of one hour per day welcoming employees and walking floors to ensure work spaces are maintained
·  Receives and responds to all requests or issues within one day of receipt, including a personal follow up to Client employees to ensure questions / requests are answered
·  Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process re-engineering and other ideas that provider service delivery efficiencies

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·  2+ years experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred.
·  Superior customer service skills and orientation
·  Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
·  Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
·  Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
·  Possess strong written, verbal and people skills
·  Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
·  Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis in Excel Spreadsheets and PowerPoint, and have capability of customizing administrative reports
