About the role:

·  On behalf of Jones Lang Lasalle as Single point of management control at sites
·  Ensure client satisfaction by providing seamless interface into client’s representative.
·  Engage in the compilation and delivery the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to client.
·  Ensure the effective completion of all incidental report.
·  Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards.
·  Manage end user expectations and requirement

What this job involves:

The Facilities Manager must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.  

Procurement and Vendor Management

·  Manage of all contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standards
·  Responsible on the procurement of vendors and services as required
·  Ensure the Contract Management Database is up to date at all times
· 
Facilities Operations

·  Implement a comprehensive energy management program for your site(s)
·  Monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
·  Development and monitoring of the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme. Ensure vendor compliance with agreed progresses
·  Ensure Regional Operations procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained
·  Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
·  Ensure consistency of regional policies & procedures with constant updating. As required
·  Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance
·  Management Team with the coordination of Churn and other relocations activities as required

Risk Management

·  Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
·  Implement and monitoring of guidelines and strategies to protect health and safety of staff and others, protect client and JLL reputation. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
·  Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
·  Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures 

Profitability/ Savings Initiatives:

·  Assist the Senior Jones Lang LaSalle Account Leadership team with generating operational savings and creating initiatives to improve processes and practices
· 
Customer Service / Client Relationships:

·  Provide superior customer service
·  Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.
·  Pro-actively manage client expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained.

Reporting:

·  Manage in the budgeting process as required
·  Provide input as required into the Monthly Report to Client
·  Active involvement in the monitoring and achieving the required Key Performance Indicators

Training:

·  Actively participate in all planned training activities

Leadership / Staff Management:

·  Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence within the WPR team
