Job description

＜仕事内容（Job Description) ＞

・商業施設(ショッピングセンター)の現場事務所における運営全般

・予算管理、修繕工事管理、販促＆イベント管理、テナントリレーション等

・テナント入退店の内装監理のコントロール

・施設内のテナントリーシング（オフィスリーシング）

・ビルメンテナンス、各ベンダー業者のコントロール

・建物オーナー、入居テナントとの関係構築と折衝・

＜求められる経験、 知識、スキル（ Related experience, knowledge ＆skill）＞

・商業施設（ショッピングセンター）での経験（運営・販売・マーケティング・販促etc…）

・PCスキル

＜歓迎条件（Preferredあれば尚可）＞

・宅地建物取引士

・イラストレーターを使えるスキル（販促業務に関わる場合）

＜求められる期待値＞

・常駐する商業施設のNOI向上

・現場事務所（スタッフ、業務）を円滑に運営できるマネジメント能力

・顧客（クライアント、テナントスタッフ）との関係性を構築できるコミュニケーション能力

・各種業者のマネジメント能力
