About the role:

·  工作地点为广东省深圳市

What this job involves:

·  收发室邮件收发及登记
·  会议室预订及管理
·  办公用品采购及管理
·  清洁,绿化等设施管理供应商的工作协调
·  主管安排的其他工作

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

·  大专以上学历,主修行政管理,物业管理或其他相关专业
·  1年以上相关行政后勤管理经验
·  良好的沟通协调能力,良好的客户服务意识
·  工作积极主动,具有团队精神,独立开展工作,能承受工作压力
·  CET-4相当英语能力,包括听,说,读,写
·  熟悉电脑及办公软件的使用
