Job description



What this job involves:

In this role, you’ll be asked to provide efficient, accurate and responsive secretarial and administrative support to the team. You’ll handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls. You’ll help to coordinate meetings and meeting room bookings or arrangements. In addition, you’ll handle travel bookings including flight, hotel and car pick up arrangements and you’ll prepare reports and expenses claims and perform ad hoc tasks as required.

You’ll need to be diploma holder or above in related disciplines or professionally trained in Secretarial Studies. You’ll need to have minimum 1 year's relevant experience. It’s an advantage if you have experience in multi-national companies preferably in property management. Also, you’ll need to have excellent telephone manner and be a team player with ability to work independently and with strong sense of responsibility. You’ll need to be mature, well organized, attention to details and willing to work under pressure. And you’ll need to have good coordination skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks. In addition, you’ll need to have excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. You’ll need to have hands-on experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and word processing.
