What this opportunity involves:

This role will be providing safety and compliance support to the FM team to ensure legislative OH&S and contractual compliance, in turn managing risk across the portfolio.

Here’s a snapshot of the role;

·  Manage hazard and risk identification, incident investigation and risk assessment in line with best practice and internal assessment procedures
·  Develop and review risk and safety management documents/processes
·  Maintain and update Policies and Procedures covering Health, Safety, Risk and Incident Management
·  Communicate and promote risk and safety management activities and initiatives to colleagues and internal/external stakeholders.

To be successful, you will have previous risk, safety and quality assurance experience with a sound understanding of property/FM operations. You will have experience in incident investigation and report writing as well as driving process change to improve quality and integrity.

You’ll have a high level of attention to detail with strong presentation and communication skills and have prior experience in leading internal and external audits.

Tertiary qualifications in OH&S or a related discipline is desirable, though not essential. At a minimum a certification or diploma in Safety will be of huge advantage.
