Job description

Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.

We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.

What does the job involve?

Due to an internal move JLL have exciting new opportunities to join. You’ll be based onsite at our client’s office in Forest Hill.

You'll work alongside with our client, who's a well known global technology company.
Day to day, you will be the go to person to coordinate all aspects of operational activity, building maintenance, and essential services via contractor management as well as ensure optimum service delivery to our client. You will also be providing administrative support to our client’s AUS offices remotely.

A snapshot of the role:

·  Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations
·  Coordinate facilities services: liaising with contractors, maintaining plans and assisting with inspection, overseeing access cards information
·  Provide financial administration support including raising purchase orders, processing and managing invoices, preparing reports
·  Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of the risk management programs, and complete all incident reports
·  Procurement and vendor management
