招聘岗位介绍 :

·  设施助理Facilities Assistant

岗位具体内容：

·  快件收发、寄送管理；
·  办公室供应类（食品、药品、文具、日用品等）下单、费用申报及预算、盘库、月报等管理；
·  现场后勤服务（软服务类）绿植、直饮水、咖啡供应、灭虫、各种清洁类管理；
·  客户关系及工单跟进、协调；协助现场基础设施的报修及紧急处理；
·  第三方供应商（含大楼物业及现场保洁）的服务评估、绩效及提升管理；
·  与现场其他并行部门、BU等的事项协调；
·  与客户及JLL EHS事务的跟进落实；
·  客户及平行部门的其他服务要求。

·  5年以上相关物业维修或运行工作经验，有大型高端物业服务经验者尤佳；
·  持有电工上岗操作证，有制冷操作证者尤佳；
·  工作积极主动，具有良好的服务意识；
·  良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力；
·  能承受岗位上的工作压力。
