About the role:

The Dalian Facilities Engineer (Instrumentation & Controls) is responsible for all technical matters for one of JLL’s main global clients with approximately. The role is dedicated to Dalian contract, serve as technical expert, and create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for operation and maintenance crew to abide. Aside from the technical part, the Facilities Engineer to ensure budgets and timelines for engineering projects.

What this job involves:

The key assignment for the Facilities Engineer is to:

·  Maintain and build on the current partnership with the client system maintenance team
·  Ensuring that all Instrumentation and Controls are operated and maintained in a cost-effective, safe and first-class condition
·  Spearhead various research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes
·  Site execution of non-recurring spend for performance. Conduct various tests and quality assurance checks to verify the quality of completed projects
·  Immediate response, maintenance, control and management of on-site Alarm doors
·  Security project & Small project management.
·  Provide technical support for Department of MRO, Finance, Building maintenance, Mechanical& Electrical maintenance, Fire protection maintenance and etc.
·  Familiar with Security system & Fire Alarm, Understand security system equipment installation/ testing/commissioning/configuration/debugging, Better to know system design and building diagrams with AutoCAD.
·  Know security system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and problem solving.
·  Conducting on-site customer training.
·  Maintain high level of knowledge in security concepts, products and systems in order to provide professional security services.

·  College degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechatronics Engineering major.
·  Min 3 years or above related working experience in security, electronic or small electronic project implementation & commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
·  Preferably with working experience in a foreign company.
·  Basic electronic, automatization and IT knowledge, basic practical knowledge in hardware, network and database using.
·  Preferably familiar with Door access control, CCTV and Alarm system products & system.
·  Preferably past experience with Lenel or GE security systems.
·  Have project management experience is an advantage.
·  Willing to work on site or onsite troubleshooting.
·  Client service oriented, Good communication and coordination skills.
·  Quickly leaning ability, Good English reading, writing skill and better with good listening and spoken skill
