Role Purpose

The Energy Analyst will be a role supporting the EMEA FM team to record / monitor environmental performance improvements in support of the clients plan to reduce greenhouse gas footprint by 75% and 100% renewable energy.

The Energy Analyst will work with the EMEA FM team to:

·  Support the implementation of an energy management strategy;
·  Input / monitor waste and water management records
·  Support client objectives and provide reports relating to the use of utilities
·  Support operational opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance across portfolio
·  Support ISO 50001 certification maintenance
·  Review and analyse Utility usage
·  Report monthly on Utility usage across EMEA offices
·  Support Sustainability Projects

What this job involves;

The Energy Analyst will be required to:

·  Work as a valued and integral member of JLL’s IFM team
·  Apply JLL’s standard procedures and playbook to ensure legislative compliance and adherence to our quality standards;
·  Support the development or energy management strategy for client
·  Maintain the energy, waste and water data within agreed client platform and produce monthly and quarterly reports.
·  Support the IFM operations teams to implement improvement projects
·  Engage with client to be the key point of contact for data records relating to sustainability
·  Support ISO 50001 certification maintenance
·  Review and analyse Utility usage

The successful candidate may be required to:

·  Support client and IFM leadership working closely with operational teams on daily basis.
·  Understand fundamental of sustainability.
·  Understand and have experience of ISO 50001
·  Ad hoc travel to client sites across Europe, Middle East & Africa

·  Can demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritise deadlines and think strategically;
·  Can demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and a desire to provide quality reports.
·  Show high attention to detail;
·  Are flexible, self-motivated with a service-oriented personality and a strong desire to achieve goals;
·  Promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with colleagues and client;
·  Minimum 2 years’ industry experience, with a strong preference for more experienced candidates
