Role Purpose

Reporting to the EMEA Travel Program Manager, the Travel Program Analyst provides travel management oversight at regional level and supports on country, regional and global projects, ensures compliance to the regional/global policies, procedures and processes with a focus on customer service and cost reduction. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of analysis, passion for data and the capacity to dive deep in order to accurately present the data available to make key business decisions.  They should be able to think creatively and work in a constantly evolving environment. What this job involves:

·  Cooperate with Travel team in  country, regional and global projects
·  Retrieving and analyzing data using SQL, Excel, and other data management systems.
·  Co-ordinate with business SMEs to deep dive and understand functional areas and processes.
·  Analyze data trends to understand travel behaviour and model statistical solutions using tools to optimize travel business process.
·  Develop travel KPIs and reports to meet business requirements.
·  Engage with business partners receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements.
·  Applying general business and financial analysis skills to ensure the delivery of travel program strategies.
·  Cooperate with Travel team on travel vendor  RFPs, prepare analysis and recommendations
·  Reviews of travel reports and highlight compliance issues with vendors and Travel team
·  Assists Travel team on any regional and global service issues impacting travel program and preparing resolution recommendations
·  Cooperation with AP/travel, Travel expense and other teams on streamlined and best solutions
·  Assist in the implementations of new processes in EMEA, new acquisitions integrations
·  Cooperate with the Travel Team to manage the day-to-day operation of the travel organization including the travel service center.

·  Experience in travel management.
·  Understanding of travel procurement, travel RFPs/tenders in various categories.
·  Robust analytical & modelling skills.
·  A fluency in standard software including Excel and Access.
·  Experience with SQL coding extraction across standard commercial databases
·  Experience with data and related data analytics
·  Superior attention to detail.
·  Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
·  High level verbal and written communication skills.
·  Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
·  Ability to operate at all levels, by staying connected to the details as well as being able to step back and see the bigger picture.
