Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.

We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.

What this job involves

Due to internal promotion we now have a role for an Assistant Facilities Manager to work with a small team onsite for a well-known Utilities provider.

 Your responsibilities will include maintenance & operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk as well as general finance management. You’ll also be expected to provide general administrative support to the team.

You enjoy working with people and can build positive relationships. You’ll have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, PC literacy & the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Some exposure in Facilities Management would be ideal, preferably in a corporate setting as well as a service delivery focused background. A hospitality background with customer service experience would also be considered
