Jones Lang LaSalle is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Analyst to join our Integrated Portfolio Solutions Team based out of Buenos Aires Argentina. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The individual will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize diverse workload. This role provides a wide variety of support services to the transactions and consulting team.

Zone: Capital Federal

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities

The Analyst will work primarily in a support role on commercial real estate projects, but will also take on primary responsibility for small transactions and complex financial and other analyses. The Analyst will work independently or as part of a team, with limited supervision. Consistently demonstrating attention to detail and high level of client service, maturity, poise, self-confidence, and sound judgment.

Support the Integrate Portfolio Solutions Team

·  Have advanced knowledge and ability to complete word processing tasks (correspondence, reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, Powerpoint presentations)
·  Identify problems and implement problem-solving resolutions with limited supervision
·  Possess analytical ability in order to gather and summarize data for reports
·  Monitor portfolio for critical dates and optimization opportunities
·  Compile and analyze multi-source data for client business review presentations
·  Support transactions lead in resourcing and reporting needs
·  Maintain data integrity and manage data entry to various client systems and tools
·  Engage with local brokers for market research, engagement terms, commission tracking and helping transactions team to oversee local transactions execution
·  Gathering and evaluating real estate market data, plus other research
·  Prepare detailed approval documents for client submission
·  Evaluate reporting processes and format for potential enhancements; implement identified improvements
·  Actively seek opportunities to share best practices across regions
·  Establish a positive working relationship with the Account Team and Client
·  Master understanding and use of client and JLL systems and tools
·  Become familiar with account services to fully understand data and reporting requirements
·  Develop understanding of basic building systems, real estate and lease terminology

Requirements:

·  BA or BS degree with a strong record of high academic achievement
·  Fluent in Spanish and English a must
·  At least 3 years of applicable experience in a corporate environment (ideally in real estate)
·  Strong financial, analytical and reporting skills
·  Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
·  Advanced computer skills which may include use of: Internet SharePoint sites, Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), and the ability to master company specific database programs
·  Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
·  Proficiency in navigating and conducting internet and intranet searches
·  Possess intermediate to advanced oral and written communication skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation)
·  Ability to work both independently (with minimal supervision) and as part of a team
·  Ability to multitask, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload
·  Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities and assignments
·  Flexible; ability to work with a wide variety of client personalities and levels
·  Positive attitude with team and other analysts
·  Global experience a plus
