What this opportunity involves:

JLL are seeking an energetic and motivated entry-level Analyst to provide support to the Commercial Valuations & Advisory team, as well as Agency divisions within SA! You’ll be based in our Adelaide CBD office and be responsible for collating data/information, managing databases and analysis, as well as providing general support to the relevant divisions.

The primary focus on the role is to obtain and maintain a detailed understanding of the property market, driving growth and enhancing the performance of JLL’s transactional and valuation teams!

Snapshot of the role;

·  Information collection and collation
·  Database management
·  Analysis support for submissions and valuations
·  File management
·  Base preparation of transaction analysis for both departments

You’ll demonstrate flexibility, an ability to adapt to ambiguous and sometimes stressful situations. You’ll be able to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management! Confidence, agility and adaptability are key to being successful in this role, as is the ability to think outside the box and be open to new ideas!
