Job description

  Job Responsibilities

·  Support DACH regional manager with facilities operations in conjunction with strategic partnerships
·  Ensure that the real estate portfolio is maintained within compliance with local regulations
·  Support with real estate planning, delivering strategies which are aligned with the business
·  Manage regional asset disposals in conjunction with projects aligning with Verizon processes
·  Support regional financial metrics, presentations and initiatives to deliver opportunities
·  Develop robust business cases to support proposed recommendations
·  Ensure that the services delivered are customer-centric and aim to enhance the workplace customer experience
·  Support with regional project delivery (workplace improvements, capital replacement, repairs, technology deployment, etc.)
·  Support and maintain GRE data, portfolio metrics via visual dashboards as agreed with DACH regional lead. 
·  Support and develop with DACH regional lead a true customer services delivery for the region
