Job Post HR Assistant intern

The team at Jelingu Creates is still growing and we are now looking for a Junior Human Resource intern to join our team.

Typical work activities:
- Helping with the hiring of employees
- Creating and maintaining relevant documents about employees
- Maintaining health and safety, performance and training
- Researching and developing ideas that could enhance the offered roles and services of mastered people
- Helping other managers when in need
- Completing appraisals and disciplinary's

Desired profile

Requirements:
- Degree level of education – Either studying or obtained
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Fundamental knowledge of HR basic principles
- Proactive
