THE OPPORTUNITY
As a dynamic and innovative company, we are looking for people with the same qualities and beliefs. The role is for an enthusiastic and charismatic person with the desire to learn about the real estate industry.
By becoming our intern, you will work closely with the directors and senior team who will help you, opening doors to endless business opportunities in the London real estate market. You will be able to add this internship to your CV and get a personal reference and recommendation from the director.

RESPONSIBILITY
• Marketing the brand in new and innovative ways to help build the business
• Attending networking events to help build new and existing relationships
• Social Media Marketing
• Canvassing
• Answering telephone calls
• Research into the local area and developments
• Arranging for maintenance to be carried out
• Working with solicitors, builders, cleaners and suppliers Support of our team in day-to-day business operations

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is dedicated, organised and can use their own initiative. You will need to be outgoing and have a great telephone manner, as you will often be responsible for being the first point of contact for some of our clients.
You will need to be a quick learner and very pro-active. The JBrown team is a very outgoing and bubbly team and want someone who has a very positive outlook and is a go getter.

Desired profile

This is a minimum 3 month internship with the opportunity to stay on in a paid position
• Fluent English speaker, with great writing skills
• You need to be an effective communicator
• Exceptional integrity, flawless etiquette and reliable punctuality
• Computer literate (a bit of a techie)
• Customers are our focus and passion - they need to be yours too
