As Subject Matter Expert - Tailgate Systems, you’ll focus on the development of tailgate and decklid systems strategy, innovation, bill of design, verification requirements, forward model and current model quality with the Technical Specialist. You’ll ensure that all in-flight programmes are being delivered to the latest requirement assumptions. The role will also oversee the system integration of the lids rear access system consisting of latch, striker, power systems, and gas struts.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll come with delivery experience in tailgate systems, including design and engineering, launch, and complex problem solving. Your excellent communication, influencing, and engagement skills will be matched by a good working knowledge of product creation and delivery as well as product definition. Highly self-motivated and organised, you’ll have the ability to see the critical path. A degree or equivalent experience would be desirable.
