To enable JLR to meet our ambitious, global expansion plans, Centres of Excellence (CoE) and Business Process Deployment Teams (BPD) are being established as part of the development of a class leading, high performing and best practice Process Organisation.

The BPD’s will allow the organisation to develop and support a population of functional experts who will bring specific process and application insight. This insight will allow us to achieve the greatest business value from the significant and on-going investment we are making in Enterprise Resource Planning and Manufacturing Execution Systems applications, by providing the expertise and rigour to continually refine and improve our end to end business processes used in each of our global operating locations.

The overarching objective of a SAP Trainer is to support the development of a training model for the manufacturing organisation to ensure the organisation is capable for the change to enable the processes are adopted and sustained. You'll be developing and implementing an end to end process-based curriculum and documentation suit as well as creating a training system that includes the on boarding of new starters, conversation training of user’s transition from another system, ongoing training sustainment / maintenance and delivery of process change.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

In your role as SAP Trainer you'll demonstrate your excellent explanation and communication skills as you participate in various meetings and workshops. You'll be able to work with a large variety of people at all organisation levels and will utilise your good knowledge of learning methods, especially when designing personalised methods to meet all learning needs. Training qualifications and evidence of SAP Solutions qualifications is highly desired, especially in the SAP manufacturing functions and you'll be competent in all Microsoft office products, including MS Project.
