In your role as New Programmes Customer Quality Engineer you’ll help our Quality Engineering team to lead the way, focusing on outstanding customer satisfaction. Working collaboratively with our PE, Marketing and Product Strategy teams, you’ll help us to define the best possible content for future generation models by defining Architecture Quality Plans and taking an active role in Critical Systems reviews, in order to ensure future vehicles meet our high quality targets.

 

You’ll be:

 

·  Benchmarking competitors and other technologies with the Attribute teams to identify risk and ensure our best customer experiences are embedded into our vehicles
·  Working with the Attributes teams and Product Engineering on the completion and delivery of programme qualities.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

You’ll need experience in automotive engineering with a technical appreciation of automotive systems along with good understanding of quality tools. You’ll have good quality data systems knowledge and strong project management experience.

 

Highly disciplined and tenacious, you’ll have the ability to interact and influence at all levels within Marketing, Product Strategy, PE and the wider business.

 

As you’ll be interacting with different teams on quality related matters, you’ll need strong written and communication skills for procedure writing and presentations.

 

Finally, you’ll have the ability to balance and manage multiple work streams to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
