Testing and Verification is the most important part of our development process. Here you’ll aid in perfecting a bespoke product that delivers the ultimate customer experience. You’ll run the tests, such as crash, durability, usability and ergonomics, engine, transmission, or emissions development tests to name a few; assess the results, and provide recommendations for improvements for departments.

These tests are always data driven to ensure that the results are the best they can be, giving impeccable driving experiences all over the world.

With ongoing support from industry-leading experts and opportunities to gain further skills and experience, you’ll be the one keeping us out in front.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Excellence runs throughout our entire business and we expect you to be the same. So as well as working towards a degree in Engineering, Maths, Physics, Cybernetics, Chemistry or Electronics at 2:2 level or higher, you’ll need drive, creativity, a keen eye for detail and a never-ending commitment to delivering results.

We have a wide variety of roles that span across our engineering function. Although you’re applying specifically to this stream, there will be opportunity for you once you’ve been offered a place on the undergraduate scheme to express which other areas are of interest to you. This will help us to determine where your best fit will be.

Whatever your role, you’ll discover our dedication to developing excellence runs throughout the

business. Your innovation and creativity will be challenged every day, as you develop a rigorous and commercially focused approach to your work.

And with ongoing support from industry-leading experts, you’ll quickly realise the schemes have been designed to be just as inspiring as the pioneering vehicles you’ll help produce.

All of our undergraduate programmes have a fixed start date commencing June 24 2019 and will run for a duration of three, six or 12 months.

Whichever path you follow, your hard work and contribution deserves recognition. So as well as ongoing support and learning opportunities, you’ll receive a competitive salary. This will be around £300 per week, or £15,600 p.a.

For those on 6 or 12 month placements, a generous holiday allowance will also be yours, as will many other benefits. With on-site facilities like gyms and sports hall, plus regular social events, you’ll have plenty of chances to make friends and have fun too.
