WHAT TO EXPECT

Jaguar Land Rover has a new exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join our thriving IT department to support project delivery within the Engineering domain.

You’ll enable JLR to support the Engineering IT team with delivering projects to enable the company to hit crucial targets; as a company we have a significant portfolio of change both in flight and in the pipeline and project management support is required to facilitate quality delivery.

Reporting into the Programme Delivery Lead,  the primary focus of this role is to ensure that standards and processes defined by the central IT Project Management Office are adhered to and upheld throughout the Engineering portfolio. You’ll be directly responsible for ensuring consistency and best practice, but equally for proactively challenging constraints and risks to project success.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Previous experience within a PMO environment is essential to make this role a success, an intermediate level of Project Governance would also be a requirement. Ideally you’ll have a Prince2 qualification, or equivalent.

In addition you’ll be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, primarily face-to-face and willing to hit the ground running with limited supervision.
