SALARY: £37,000 - £47,000

As a Platform Analyst within Structural Integration, you’ll manage the development of automotive systems and components using your engineering knowledge and experience, combined with Computer Aided Engineering techniques to meet Primary Structures performance targets.

In addition you’ll develop innovative solutions, run CAE analyses, summarise results and feedback to the Structural Integration team. You’ll support and present at design reviews and will work with Subject Matter Experts within Body CAE, Body Engineering, Chassis Engineering, Powertrain Engineering, and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.

 

This is an exciting role where you’ll help develop the future architectures of Jaguar Land Rover.  

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

You’ll have knowledge and experience of CAE methodologies within the automotive industry and have experience of solving complex technical challenges. Significant experience with LS-DYNA, or other crashworthiness packages, and excellent analytical skills are essential.

 

You’ll have product knowledge within the automotive industry and have awareness of potential design constraints (packaging, manufacturing, etc) and ensure this is considered when developing solutions.
