The P2P helpdesk provides invaluable process support, not only to purchasing but also to requisitions across the whole Jaguar Land Rover organisation. This is a team supporting several hundred users across the P2P landscape, including production and non-production purchasing.

 

As the P2P Helpdesk Analyst you’ll be chasing approval of invoices, contacting individuals via email and phone, understand workflow issues, as well as raising and approving purchase orders. You’ll be part of a friendly, relaxed helpdesk team dedicated to providing excellent support.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, working knowledge of P2P and SAP, as well as being a natural problem solver. As you’ll be working within a customer-focused environment, you’ll be naturally responsive to feedback, a team player and comfortable working both collaboratively and independently – managing your workload while supporting others.
