WHAT TO EXPECT

With your expertise and problem-solving skills, you'll be based in our state-of-the-art Jaguar Press and Body shop. Here you'll witness the world's largest aluminium press in action, with speed and agility; the panels are feed through at an astonishing rate which was built with one thing in mind, the F-TYPE's state-of-the-art, and unique, sleek, aerodynamic form. It will be here that you’ll provide maintenance support to maximise production efficiencies and maintain various presses, robots and all associated plant equipment, enabling us to go on making the innovative breakthroughs that will produce the next generation of premium, luxury vehicles.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Alongside a completed relevant indentured or advanced modern apprenticeship, we would expect you to have extensive Press Maintenance knowledge to include hydraulics and electrics. You'll take a proactive approach to completing repairs and routine maintenance checks as well as the Press Maintenance you will also be working on the robots, conveyors and PLC's.
